DESCRIPTION:

CSR PM serves as a direct liaison between customers (2B/2C), warehouse operation, and related functional units in our organization to ensure timely and effective communication, as well to maintain high customer satisfaction for supporting business growth.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Work closely with assigned clients to determine needs.

· Responds to customers’ inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with internal functional/warehouse operational teams for customers’ resolution as required.

· Follow up & coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operation team to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped within deadline.

· Working with external trucking companies and carriers to arrange LTL/FTL shipment schedules; provide BOLs/PODs or/and other related documentations to the customer in a timely manner.

· Communicate with parcel carriers to identify shipments status or resolve claims.

· Enter bills from vendors and invoices from the customer in the system.

· Assists investigate all customers’ billing disputes and collaborates with respective teams to identify the problem with resolution.

· Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal and external parties as required.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· Knowledge and experience of B2B & B2C warehouse operations, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution.

· Strong communication and writing skills to interface with clients in both English and Chinese Mandarin is required.

· Experience communicating with cross-functional teams to prioritize, organize, and accomplish works to meet clients’ requirement and expectation.

· Troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking ability.

· Skilled in time management and capable of meeting deadlines with accuracy.

· Multi-tasking and detail oriented with excellent follow-up practice required.

· Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Advanced experience in Excel is a big plus.

· Knowledge or Experience in parcel and distribution operations is a plus.

· WMS knowledge and experience is a plus.
