Shift Care Only at this time (8 hour shifts)

LVN Job Details:

One on one private duty nursing shift care

Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care

Monitor client’s condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications

Notify supervisor of changes in client’s condition

Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques

Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards

Participate in Continuing Education Programs

Valid CA LVN License (Licensed Vocational Nurse)

Valid CPR (American Heart Association)

Recent TB and Physical
