Job Description
We are a supplement and body care Company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Order Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and managing the order processing and fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues
Communicate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Manage and maintain customer accounts and order histories in our customer management system
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on product information and promotions.
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Other role-relevant responsibilities will apply.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment, preferably in a supplement or e-commerce industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, apple devices, and experience with customer management systems
Knowledge of the supplement industry and body care products preferred
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Consumer goods customer support experience is preferred
eCommerce experience preffered
