Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing commercial and residential HVAC projects. Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for the technical administrative management of multiple commercial & residential construction projects ensuring quality and timely completion
Day to day management of change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules
Adhere to cost control
Manage a team of HVAC superintendents and subcontractors, providing guidance and support
Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, making adjustments as necessary
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, emails, logs, and records
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of HVAC project management experience is required
Fluent in writing & speaking English
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with mathematical calculations is necessary
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, design team, building officials and subcontractors
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and spreadsheets is required
Ability to interpret contract documents, specifications, and technical drawings
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards in the HVAC construction industry
