As a Plumbing Service Professional, your responsibilities extend beyond plumbing repairs. You must show superior craftsmanship and dependability, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to the highest industry regulations that our customers have come to expect.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial difference in the company, community, and yourself by leveraging your proven track record and proficiency in plumbing.
Responsibilities
• Follow the Out The Door Plumbing system
• Deliver quality workmanship (possess necessary tools to do the job)
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services needed
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Participate actively in all training and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Take exceptional care of customer property
• Perform physical activity without restrictions in various conditions
Requirements
• Proven plumbing experience with the desire to be a better professional
• Proven track record in plumbing systems
• Knowledge of NC State plumbing codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
• Skilled in using tools of the trade
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check & drug test
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn
• An individual ready to make a difference in yourself, community and company
