Receptionist Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Answering Incoming Phone Calls and Managing Multiple Phone Lines:

Greet callers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying the company and yourself.

Manage multiple phone lines efficiently, prioritizing calls based on urgency.

Direct calls to the appropriate person or department, providing clear instructions.

Accepting, Entering, and Sending Service Requests:

Monitor the service email inbox regularly.

Enter service request details accurately into the system.

Forward service requests to email for further action.

Office Supplies Management:

Conduct monthly inventory checks of office supplies.

Request office supply needs from office employees at the end of each month.

Obtain approval for the supply order.

Assisting Team Members:

Provide assistance to Team Members as needed, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Keeping the Office Clean and Organized:

Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in the office.

Organize office supplies, equipment, and materials to promote efficiency.
