We are seeking a Crew Leader (Pavement Maintenance) for our Greater Boston territory.

As a Crew Leader, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the region. This is a full-time salaried position with some weekend work required. Ability to perform overnight/second shift projects required, per client requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead a three-man crew to work safely and efficiently

Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with Ownership

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

A valid MA driver’s license (CDL a plus) with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation

Previous experience line painting, sealcoating, crack filling and asphalt repair strongly preferred

You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75 lbs)

Ability to work well independently, unsupervised with a leadership mentality

Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

An engineering educational background is an asset
