Director of Programs job Responsibilities

Closet Program Management

Provide support for JTF Closet Coordinators at all locations

Intake donations at Abilene Closet (clean, sort, organize)

Phone/voicemail/Email Correspondence

Track Closet Data

Event Coordination

Programs Manager will work closely with Event Committee chosen by the

Board

All committee correspondence will flow through Program Manager

Programs Manager will follow up and track event sponsorships/details

All event legwork related to obtaining financial support for events will be handled by Executive Director and Board Chair

Programs Manager is responsible for marketing content which will be approved by the Executive Director first.

Social Media Platform Management

Programs Manager is responsible for updating and maintaining Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, and JTF Closet group

Public Relations Events

Programs Manager will represent JTF Closet program at Resource fairs, Health fairs, etc.

QuickBooks Management

Programs Manager will perform entry and reconciliation as need in QB

accounting and inventory management

Programs Manager will work with Executive Director to produce reports as needed

Donor Loyalty Program

Programs Manager will track donations and send out thank you notes

All donations $500 or more will be referred to the Board of Directors and Executive Directors for thank you notes

Ambassador Recognition Program

Program Manager will develop and coordinate an Ambassador Recognition program

Program Manager work with Board committee to develop events that will support the Ambassador program

Bi-lingual preferred

Experienced with QuickBooks preferred

Experienced in medical equipment and supplies preferred

Experience with Medically Fragile children preferred

Experienced with Microsoft Office required
