Position: General Manager

Location: South Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.

Hire, Train, Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of key personnel, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, the community, and local law enforcement to ensure the highest level of service.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting the security industry.

Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the operational and strategic goals of the company.

Address and resolve complex issues that arise, implementing solutions that align with the company's values and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field;

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the security industry or a related field.

Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the security industry's regulatory environment in Florida.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of increasing responsibility and success in previous roles.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.
