Temporary Call Center Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Call Center Agent to join our team for the Mother's Day holiday! +

All candidates must be available to work 8 AM - 5 PM May 3rd - May 13th

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls

Place orders for customers seeking delivery or pick up of floral products

Handle customer inquiries regarding floral products

Provide information about the products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor
