EXECUTIVE LEASING COORDINATOR

REPORTS to: Director of Leasing and Marketing

Seeking an upbeat, charismatic individual who will travel to existing communities in the Kamson portfolio assisting with Best Practices in Leasing.

Proficient with MS Office, experience with MRI / I LOVE LEASING / LRO is a PLUS!

Must have a reliable vehicle and a current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

Opening models and inspecting the tour path (where applicable).

Answering telephones and providing excellent customer service.

Administrative responsibilities such as: assisting prospective residents with the application, approval, and move-in process.

Greeting all residents, future residents, and internal team members in a professional and consistent positive manner.

Creating a sense of urgency when making appointments for future residents to visit the community.

Touring apartment homes and community grounds including models, amenities, and vacant apartments.

Completing telephone and on-site guest cards/traffic reports in I Love Leasing.

Asking for the deposit and closing the lease.

Preparing lease documents and related paperwork.

Lead management - follow up regularly with potential leads.

Contributing to positive online reputation management - Google Reviews / Apartment Ratings, etc.

Accepting maintenance requests and efficiently handling resident requests.

Assist with remotely claiming leads (as needed) for Kamson’s sister communities.

Facilitating the move-in/move-out process.

Promoting positive resident relations.

Attend resident events and contribute to the resident retention efforts.

Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality and abiding by the New Jersey and Federal Fair Housing Laws.

Ensure a high level of professionalism and support occupancy and retention goals.

Assist with resident renewals and follow-up on renewal notices.

Additional duties as assigned by management.
