Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Medical Malpractice

Job Description

Paralegal / Legal Assistant - working with Medical Malpractice cases posiiton available in the Edison, NJ market.

$60K - $70K annual salary

Flexible schedule start time, 8am, 8:30am, or 9am

40 hours per week

Paid overtime for 40+ hours worked in a week

Direct HIre position - you will be an employee of the Firm from day 1

Qualifications:

3 years’ experience working on Medical Malpractice cases in a law firm environment

Personal Injury case experience is a plus

Needles Legal Software experience is a plus but not required.

Experience working with some type of Legal Software is required

Experience working with Trial Lawyers

Medical Malpractice must have at least 3 years’ of experience

Plaintiffs’ side

Proficient working with:

MS Word

MS Excel

Outlook

Must be organized

Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
