Hayman-Woodward Immigration Services Associates are responsible for managing controlled documents in the case management process including peer quality reviews. They serve as the liaison between Hayman-Woodward internal customers and clients to ensure the needs of the clients are met. An average day for a Forms Specialist will include Review, edit and format controlled procedural documents of all levels of complexity and serves as liaison with document process owners and authors to ensure that development of documents occur according to established timelines. This position will receive on the job training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares legal documents and assists in preparation of visa petitions.
Interface regularly with case managers, clients, and colleagues to discuss status of projects, issues, and documents
Conducts research, gathers, and drafts documentation for cases.
Organizes, enters, and cross references documents.
Files correspondence and legal documents in office filing system.
Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.
Confer with clients about action items and important deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience of Our Ideal Candidate
Experience with managing client expectations
Experience with working in a Law firm, immigration process is a plus
Contract management and vendor management skills
Proficient computer skills in Windows-based software products such as Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint
Tertiary qualifications in Library, Records and Information Management, or an information-related discipline
Knowledge of records management principles including issues relating to the management of business records in paper and electronic formats
Strong Microsoft Office experience, including intermediate Excel skill
Proven experience being proactive and problem solver
Enjoys learning new skills
Proven experience in completing and exceeding deadlines
Career Experience in the following:
Experience in the Immigration and or Legal Services preferred
Education
B.S. in Business, Political Science, or related field
