Branch Manager

Job Description

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch. Construction Expereince is required

Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight:

Manage expenses, wages, and assets to ensure financial responsibility.

Operational Improvement:

Identify and address operational deficiencies for enhanced performance.

Reporting:

Create and maintain weekly reports on branch operations and sales.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales force with customer interactions, estimating, and sales calls.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, addressing inquiries and presenting information.

Revenue Growth:

Drive rental and sales revenue growth through effective customer relations and innovative marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Interaction:

Collaborate with project management teams, employees, subcontractors, and customer representatives.

Administrative Support:

Monitor and support administrative activities including collections, customer disputes, and financial reviews.

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, and train branch employees.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

4+ years of management or supervisory experience in the construction industry.

Demonstrated experience in hiring and training individuals.

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for practical applications.

Ability to solve practical problems and work with variables in situations with limited standardization.

Communication Skills:
