What does this position entail?

Customer Service - answering phones and providing customers with information on their accounts, answering questions, taking delivery orders and payments

Billing - pulling information off the driver computers for billing. Sharp eye for detail to confirm accuracy. Some manual entry for delivery tickets for billing. Running weekly invoicing and end of month invoicing, statements, and processes

New Account Entry

Check in paperwork and confirm all received and done properly, filing completed paperwork you have processed

Light collection work calling past due customers to remind them of open balances

Some other daily processes to support the above functions!This position is a blend of computer data entry, processing and also communicating with and speaking with customers.
