Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Build, grow and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients

Account management

Territory management

Educate customers, service, and provide them solutions over the phone and in-person

Improve and optimize our sales processes

Face-to-face customer interaction
