Job Description
Looking for a part-time hire that can tackle a variety of jobs within the administrative side of our machine shop. Jobs would include processing Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other administrative work.
Responsibilities may include filing paperwork, data entry, answering the phone, and generally providing support to other people in the office. An Administrative Assistant job is great for those who enjoy working with people and being that go-to person within a company.
