Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Maintains current knowledge of Windows based applications and relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required
Qualifications:
1-5 years experience in Information Technology
Managed Service Provider experience a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
