Immediate need, Monday to Friday 900am to 500pm on site, great benefits and work environment. Financial Services experience big plus!
As a member of the Call Center, the primary function is to provide extraordinary
service and sales support to members. The incumbent will interact through various channels,
including taking inbound calls, and email, online chat and outbound phone calls.
• Work in fast-paced, dynamic and structured environment
• Deliver extraordinary service by responding to member inquiries, issues and/or complaints via incoming
phone calls, emails and online chat
• Actively listen to and identify member needs
• Recommend products and services that meet member needs
• Develop and build relationships with members
• Document necessary information and process transactions
• Maintain exemplary performance standards which include attendance, support for fellow team members
and taking responsibility for member requests and/or issues
• Maintain job knowledge by keeping apprised of new products, services and promotions, as well as product
rates, system and key regulatory changes
