Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with clients as well as our worldwide partners, expeditiously managing emails, phones and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury limousine transportation industry, hospitality or related fields is preferred

• Experience in reservations & customer service

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-starter with decision making and solution identification ability

• must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks with quickness and accuracy.

• Must be proficient with computers and familiar with technology
