Job Description

MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet and greet guest and others

Provide guest with hygiene/toiletries

Perform housekeeping duties in client rooms and/ or facility

Assists guest with laundry services

Maintain safety for all clients

Maintain lines of communication with all staff

Conduct all required documentation needed

Maintains records and writing reports

Perform related duties as required

Perform duties by Program Manager

Education and/ or Work Experience Requirements:

6months-1 year experience in customer service and/or homeless services is a MUST

Computer skills in Word and Excel

Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner to our guest and peers.

Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English. Bilingual is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with federal, state and local standards.Company Description
