Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Denver, Colorado. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties ranging in size from single family home to mid-sized apartment communities. This will include overseeing maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating repairs, managing leases, and conducting property inspections. You will also be responsible for marketing and leasing vacant units, as well as ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.

Qualifications

· Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Knowledge of local property laws and regulations

· Ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively

· Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes
