Job Description

ASAP Personnel Services in Irving are in need of a Sales Manager with experience in the Staffing industry. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with Warehouse/Manufacturing. If interested, please email us your updated resume.

Duties:

Generate leads for qualified job orders

Establish/nurture relationships with hiring managers & client representatives

Research consumer needs & identify solutions to address them

Engaging in Cold calls, account management, follow-up, & client sourcing

Prepare documents such as proposals, negotiation fees, & contracts

Document contact info on a daily basis

Generate sales call log, weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

3+ years in sales management in a corporate setting

Bachelor's degree in Sales

Pass a Background check

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year plus commission and bonuses
