Title: Inside Sales Executive

Compensation: A successful inside sales representative will earn a base salary of $50,000-$65,000. Additionally, they can earn unlimited commissions paid quarterly for exceeding assigned targets. The total compensation for this position has a yearly earning potential of $75,000-$100,000.

Location: Hybrid - New Brunswick, New Jersey, with attendance for weekly sales meetings.

Role Description

We’re about family. Cenmed Enterprises, established in 1992, has grown from a small two-person operation to one fully integrated medical and laboratory distributor, manufacturer, and services provider.

You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and keeping records related to customer files. With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication, and negotiation skills, you can grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Be an effective communicator with a strong phone presence and the ability to engage customers proficiently through disciplined outbound call activity and email; making 100+ calls daily is typical.

You are proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated, and resourceful. I aim to reach and exceed sales goals while achieving high customer satisfaction.

Ability to build quick rapport with existing customers using your assertiveness and confidence to educate them about Cenmed.

A closer who can manage multiple customers concurrently, utilizing problem-solving strategies to best position Cenmed’s products and services.

Experience in providing sales support, processing sales administration, and handling customer inquiries.

Experience in making outward sales calls and exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Generate and send quotations to our customers

Held accountable for revenue targets assigned.

KPIs as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to The Table

Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, communication, or education preferred).

5-10 years of sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Sales experience in healthcare, clinical labs, or healthcare supplies is preferred.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and networking

Experience with CRM systems

Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.

Time Management Skills

Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time frames.
