Job Description
Summary: Seeking an MRB Coordinator to manage non-conforming product activities, maintain inventory control, and ensure accurate ERP system transactions.
Requirements:
General coordination of activities related to non-conforming products
Collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering for product disposition
Inventory control maintenance for non-conforming materials
Rejection report database updates and status management
Documentation review for completeness and accuracy, including scanning into network folders
Parts processing and movement per disposition instructions
Data transaction accuracy within ERP systems in collaboration with Production, Stockroom, and Finance departments
Assistance with manufacturing engineering documentation for rework as needed
Basic visual inspection and measurement of products when required
Demonstrated understanding of quality systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with electromechanical sensors and systems
Training in world-class manufacturing environments, familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma practices
Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100/ISO9000:2000, SPC, FMEA
Responsibilities:
Control the release of rejected materials while working closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams
Ensure detailed documentation is provided for non-conforming materials along with accurate input into the ERP system (JD Edwards)
Maintain a database for rejected material reports and keep track of their status
Process documents correctly for digital storage purposes
Assist in various tasks related to ensuring quality control measures are adhered to within the organization
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
