Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Â
Degree with appropriate engineering or science major preferred
Chemical engineering Diploma or equivalent
3+ years relevant experience in an engineering environment
3+ years relevant experience in the water treatment industry preferred
Preferably experience working with the following water treatment technologies â reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softening
Experience in management / supervision advantageous
Must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of OHS ActÂ
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Manage, review, update and develop SOPâ s and develop / manage training matrix
Organize / support and facilitate appropriate training
Manage, document & execute planned training observations (PTO)
Identify gaps in team competence and identify training needs
Site specific training
Develop training programmes, and material for new staff
Development of training systemsÂ
