Senior Marketing Specialist (Centurion)

Duties:

Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in employee marketing and communication.

Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to develop integrated campaign strategies.

Draft and implement comprehensive marketing, engagement, and communication plans.

Continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement channels.

Partner with senior leadership to provide professional and efficient service.

Manage client expectations and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Translate business strategy briefs into compelling integrated campaigns.

Project manage end-to-end campaigns across operational teams.

Foster creative collaboration and interpret business goals into engaging communication.

Conceptualize and develop creative themes, messaging, and campaigns.

Curate content for various channels, particularly digital.

Drive engagement through employee events and newsletters.

Collaborate with marketing colleagues for seamless integration of external campaigns.

Oversee all internal communication platforms.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against objectives.Requirements:

BA in Communication or Marketing.

5 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience in external and internal marketing preferred.

Project management and coordination experience.

Experience in Financial Services or FMCG advantageous.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
