CREATIVE STUDIO DESIGN MANAGER

Little Frankie's Tattoo Co. is looking for an experienced and exceptional Creative Studio Design Manager on a FULL TIME basis to join our team at Sydney CBD reporting to the Company Operations Manager

Role and Responsibilities will include:

* Undertaking Body Art Tattoo procedures (Must have a valid NSW Tattoo License or Visitor Tattoo Permit)

* Creating digital marketing and promotional material, Conceiving and creating visual art forms, designing and drawing for promotions.

* Creating and publishing text, photos and videos designed to promote the business and services, to social media and digital platforms, to grow an audience, build brand awareness and increase sales.

* Assists in the Scheduling and the release of, and updates to, marketing content on Social Media platforms

* Promoting and selling goods and services

* Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff

* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

* Performing clerical, secretarial, organizational and other administrative functions

*. Greeting clients and visitors, and responding to inquiries and requests for information

*. Setting, reviewing and controlling office functions

*. Receiving, processing and sending mail, documents and information

*. Producing, recording and evaluating financial, production, stock and statistical information

*. Entering, processing and editing text and data

Essential Skills and Qualifications

A current NSW Tattoo License or Visitor Tattoo Tattoo Permit

A minimum of two years professional Tattoo Studio experience

Experience in body art tattoo procedures, Minimum 2 years experience

Business Administration qualification or experience

Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Can-Do attitude

Exceptional Design Skills, proficient in the use of Procreate or similar design software

Desirable

Well presented

Enthusiastic and reliable

Diploma level qualification highly regarded

Excellent communication skills
