Diploma Qualified Lead Educator/Educational Leader

We are seeking a permanent Diploma Qualified Educational Leader to join our team!

As the Approved Providers and Managers of the service, we work directly with the educators and children to promote team ethics and to provide support to educators, promoting best practice.

We are a 114 place centre with 4 rooms and an occupancy of over 80 children per day and the environment can be fast paced at times as we provide care to more than 295 children from our local community.

The candidate must have knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and experience with programming, planning and implementation of experiences, as well as leadership qualities such as mentoring and guiding educators in best practice.

Our service has a variety of additional need children and families and experience with inclusion would be beneficial, but not essential.

The position is for up to 38 hours a week. Shift times can be set if required as we can offer flexibility with start and finish times for work life balance.

The successful candidate must hold a Diploma in Early Education and Care, DCSI clearance, RAN certification and First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
