We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Controller to join our dynamic team and lead our financial operations. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in overseeing the company's financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, implementing internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and performance metrics.

Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement.

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to assess potential risks and opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Mentor and develop the finance team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.

Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, driving process improvements, and delivering strategic financial insights.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
