modelling in 3ds and vray ONLY

we are looking for 3d modellers in 3ds/vray that can modeller quickly without plans only using your eye in google maps.

See attacehd an example, we produce construction animations but we need the surround and eixsting site modeled and texctured - typically no plans are available, its should take 5 working days, We have at least 4 of these project a month and enough to keep 1 modeler full time.
