Meet the Team:

Join our dedicated team committed to maintaining quality systems and driving continuous improvement in product quality and patient safety. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in managing various aspects of cGMP documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing our quality standards to deliver safe and effective healthcare solutions.

Where You Come In:

You will serve as the primary point for receiving, processing, and analyzing product complaints, ensuring compliance with quality policies and procedures.

Assist in evaluating complaints, documenting investigations, and determining if events require reporting to regulatory authorities.

Your role involves maintaining records of complaint investigations in accordance with international regulations and completing required documentation accurately and promptly.

Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures to uphold quality standards and support projects aimed at departmental improvement and efficiency.

You'll support internal, external, and third-party audits, performing routine data entry and administrative tasks.

What Makes You Successful:

Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Basic computer software skills, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred knowledge or experience in the field of diabetes and CGM technology.

Certification(s) in engineering/quality discipline are advantageous.

Intermediate computer software skills, such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, are desirable.
