Our client in the Finance Industry is in search of an experienced Administrator/Executive Assistant to support several members of their Senior Leadership Team.
Please note, this role is based in downtown Toronto and will require 5 days on-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing direct support to 2 Managing Partners & 2 Principals
Manage calendar appointments and track Partners' complex travel arrangements
Assist with email correspondence and communications
Organize and maintain a CRM contact database
Draft communications, prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other corporate materials as needed
Facilitate the tracking and processing of invoices, accounts payable, and expense reports
Stakeholder management for both internal and external partners
Support with managing relevant internal projects and documentation, as required
Work in collaboration with the Office Manager with regard to ad hoc administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Professional, preferably in the Finance Industry and directly supporting Senior Leaders
Ability and comfort working in dynamic, Corporate environments
Proactive, solutions-focused thinker with an incredibly high attention to detail
Willingness to work 5 days on-site in downtown Toronto
University degree or a college diploma
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
