Senior Corporate Accountant

Cordia Resources is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting month-end close processes, conducting variance analysis, and providing audit support.

Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to inquiries. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

CPA certification a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field.

Previous experience in public accounting a plus.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
