2nd Shift Assembler

Debbieâ s Staffing is now recruiting for 2nd Shift Assembler for our client located in North Kingstown, RI

Schedule: Monday to Thursday with OT available on Fridays

Hours: 3:00 p.m. â 1:30 a.m.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary: Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship? We're seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical units using specific work instructions, procedures, and various hand and air tools.

Responsibilities:

Insert applicable components into printed circuit boards in a through-hole fashion

Assemble completed electro-mechanical units utilizing sub-assemblies and miscellaneous parts

Conduct electrical function tests at both the printed circuit board and final assembly levels

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ months of production work experience within a manufacturing industry

Electro-mechanical aptitude is desirable

Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) is a plus

Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams

Commitment to continuous process improvement

High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 26 lbs.

Required to stand 8 to 10 hours a day depending on shift
