WMS Solution Architect

Your challenges ?

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

in the translating of customer business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel ;

of technical design documents into estimates of effort required to deliver the solution ;

the configuration, development, testing and troubleshooting of solutions to ensure that they meet specification and customer expectations ;

both junior colleagues and customers in the delivery of tasks throughout the lifecycle of a project ;

the delivery of CRPs (Conference Room Pilots) / FARs (Functional Application Reviews) to the customer ;

the training of Customer Management Teams, SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) and Trainers.

What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

years supply chain & distribution industry domain experience ;

Management System (WMS) experience. HighJump, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, SAP-WM/eWM, Oracle-WM, Accellos, Infor, etc. ;

track record in leading the design and successful delivery of complex supply chain solutions into both green and brownfield environments ;

consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills ;

to prioritize tasks and self-manage ;

or configuration experience ;

experience. SQL Server, Oracle, etc. with Stored Procedures ;

listening, oral and written communication ;

to travel both domestically and internationally as required (approx. 15% to 35%) ;

Degree or Equivalent domain qualification/experience.
