Global Head of Clients

We are partnering with IPH Ltd, the leading intellectual property services group, to search for their newly created Global Head of Clients role to support the group’s continuing growth. This is a unique role focusing on strengthening global client relationships. This seasoned and sophisticated professional will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to create and implement a global client program to manage strategic client relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery across all jurisdictions, and driving a high-performance culture across IPH member firms.

IPH Ltd. is comprised of leading IP firms such as AJ Park, Applied Marks, Griffith Hack, Pizzeys, Robic, Smart & Biggar and Spruson & Ferguson and employes over 1600 professionals. They operate across 25 jurisdictions such as Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. IPH Ltd has been publicly listed since 2014.

Key Responsibilities include:

the Global Client Program framework and define the roles of Client Relationship Principals and Account Managers;

relevant activities to create client-focused account teams:

with cross-functional teams, providing strategic insights and fostering a culture of innovation;

with cross-functional teams to maximize the network effect and consolidate portfolios across jurisdictions.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years’ related work experience. The Global Head of Clients will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in influencing positive change, with robust background in account management in professional services, ideally in an international setting.
