Your role with us:

As a subject matter expert, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership across the organization in a wide range of HR services. Aligned with organizational strategies and the corporate culture, the HR Generalist will provide customer focused and effective support to all departments.

You will bring to the role:

Post secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management.

CPHR designation is an asset.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated and progressive experience in generalist roles.

Experience in implementation and maintenance of an HRIS system.

Experience in oil and gas industry and/or a manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.

Strong understanding of provincial and federal regulations and legislation.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.
