Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive digital loan roadmap that delivers new and enhanced functionalities to remain competitive and accelerate growth in loans book.
Distill customer and business needs to design & orchestrate digital transformation architecture. Convert business needs into the corresponding technical requirements.
Design user-centric workflows by working with business managers and customers to define project objective, requirements, and scopes that to drive loan acquisition and customer engagement. Constantly review, innovate and enhance digital proposition to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital onboarding process.
Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams and make sure they adhere to the project’s overall timeframe and major milestones.
Ensuring project deliverables are achieved on schedule and defect-free. Identify key risks, issues and interdependencies to provide appropriate mitigation strategies or escalation where necessary
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and new developments from banks, alternate lenders and Fintechs through data analytics and knowledge of market trends.
Requirements
Experience in project management; managing digital loan platform and/or product management in business/consumer loans preferred
Have the soft skills in addition to technical ones, such as the ability to communicate, inspire, foster a collaborative work atmosphere, and comprehend and evaluate business procedures.
Be adaptable and able to understand the business environment and recognize shift signals.
