Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with excellent writing skills to join our legal team in San Diego.

The successful candidate will focus on complex litigation cases. Ideally, you have knowledge of or interest in securities, financial services, complex business law, and/or labor law.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues financial services, securities, employment law and business transactions.

Represent the company in the court of law, arbitration panels, mediations, and negotiations.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.

Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clear and concise legal advice.

Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in CA

4+ years of litigation experience in California

Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

Willing and able to work onsite
