ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking.

Create and present innovative web solutions to new and existing clients.

Work with customer support personnel to implement new web solutions.

Set up meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present appropriate solutions.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on the latest marketing trends and services.

Prepare and deliver presentations on services to potential clients.

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote Cars Commerce services.

LOCATION:

Atlantic Canada (Montcton to Saint John New Brunswick and surrounding areas preferred)

ABOUT YOU: key qualifications / “must-haves” here.

Proven sales experience in the automotive or marketing industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to the automotive industry.

Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.

A passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with its trends and challenges.

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a marketing agency.

Understanding of the automotive market, customer behavior, and the sales cycle.

Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and digital marketing strategies in the automotive sector.

Strong ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple accounts and assignments.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Preferred: list of key qualifications that are “nice to haves” if applicable.

Ability to use CRM & Google suite

Competence in using data analysis reports to spot automotive trends and optimize performance of dealerships

Bilingual abilities would be an asset.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. If the salary range is close to what you're seeking, then we encourage you to apply and learn more about the total compensation package for this position.

Salary Range

$100,000—$120,000 CAD
