DESCRIZIONE ATTIVITA’ LAVORATIVA PER OPERATORE AVIORIFORNITORE

Sotto l'autorità del Responsabile dell'Impianto, o di qualsiasi altra autorità che possa essere in sostituzione, la missione dell’Aviorifornitore è quella di eseguire le operazioni di manipolazione dei prodotti aeronautici, il rifornimento degli aerei, la guida dei veicoli, i controlli di qualità, la manutenzione delle attrezzature e i relativi compiti amministrativi, nel rispetto delle istruzioni e dei regolamenti, di effettuare la ricezione del carburante al deposito, lo scarico delle autocisterne, la gestione amministrativa del deposito correlata a questi compiti, effettuare i controlli / misurazioni, nei tempi e nei modi stabiliti.

Compiti principali come AVIORIFORNITORE:

Svolgere la prevista formazione professionale Indossare tutti i DPI obbligatori Rifornire gli aerei in conformità con le procedure di sicurezza di World Fuel Services, delle Autorità Aeroportuali e dei suoi clienti Prendere in consegna il deposito all'apertura e completare la realtiva documentazione Eseguire tutti i controlli di qualità (es. spurgo del serbatoio dei mezzi di rifornimento e relativi filtri). Eseguire tutti i controlli di qualità sulle installazioni fisse del deposito (es. Serbatoi, filtri di carico e filtri di ricezione) e completare tutta la relativa documentazione Prevenire qualsiasi fuoriuscita / perdita di prodotto e utilizzare i mezzi appropriati per eventualmente contenerle Controllare gli impinati di deposito e i veicoli, secondo i processi in vigore (giornaliero, settimanale, mensile, trimestrale e annuale ecc...) Assicurare il buon mantenimento dello stato delle attrezzature che gli sono state affidate Prendere in considerazione gli orari dei voli/richieste delle compagnie aeree e dei clienti in generale, e assicurare il rifornimento secondo le procedure in vigore svolgendo i relativi controlli di qualità. Essere in grado di muoversi nell'aeroporto e conoscere la posizione dei parcheggi, la destinazione del volo, la registrazione e i diversi tipi di aerei, ed i trattamenti fiscali previsti. Effettuare calcoli ed incassi a fronte di eventuali rifornimenti non a credito Essere consapevoli e attenti ai diversi tipi di carburante che possono essere richiesti (JET A1, AVGAS, ecc...) e ai tipi di rifornimento (con accoppiatore o pistola) + compilare e far completare al cliente il documento di conferma tipo di richiesta carburante in caso di rifornimento soprala Compilare il documento di consegna (nota di consegna) e/o inserire le informazioni nel sistema operativo corrente ed i relativi apparati elettronici Ricevere i camion di consegna (autobotti), controllare i documenti, verificare la qualità e la quantità del prodotto e compilare tutti i documenti relativi. Gestire ordinatamente le note di consegna e i relativi documenti (rapporto giornaliero delle quantità consegnate, tenuta delle scorte, assegnazioni di carburante ad ogni serbatoio) e fare le relative prese in carico Assicurarsi che la Salute e la Sicurezza siano mantenute e rispettate in ogni momento, comprese le politiche interne e la filosofia "zero incidenti". Segnalare al superiore qualsiasi incidente o quasi incidente (Near Miss) o non conformità con le procedure HSSE e/o eventi inconsueti e produrre i rapporti necessari Assicurare la manutenzione e la pulizia dei vari veicoli/mezzi rifornitori della flotta (ad es. lavaggio interno ed esterno), e degli impianti fissi e segnalare eventuali anomalie Quando necessario, fare il pieno di carburante o energia ai vari veicoli e attrezzature dell'azienda

Conoscenze, competenze ed esperienze richieste per la posizione:

Possedere una patente di guida B + CE o DE valida e un'autorizzazione di guida ADR ed essere in grado di guidare tutti i veicoli della flotta fornita

Possedere od avere i requisiti per ottenere un permesso di accesso all'aeroporto

Possedere una formazione specifica per AViorifornitori / Formazione sulla sicurezza aeroportuale

Esperienza nel rifornimento degli aerei

Disponibilità a lavorare in un orario flessibile, con turni a rotazione e possibili turni di notte e/o su chiamata e a lavorare in un team

Buona comprensione di documenti come le regole di sicurezza e i manuali delle procedure

Capacità di parlare efficacemente con equipaggi / colleghi / autorità / clienti, in italiano e possibilmente in inglese ed altra lingua straniera

Consapevolezza della importanza prioritaria della tutela della Salute, della Sicurezza e dell’Ambi

DESCRIPTION OF WORK ACTIVITY FOR Aircraft Refuelling Operator

Under the authority of the Plant Manager, or any other authority that may replace him, the mission of the Air Refueler is to carry out the handling operations of aeronautical products, the refueling of the aircraft, the driving of the vehicles, the checks quality, the maintenance of the equipment and the related administrative tasks, in compliance with the instructions and regulations, to carry out the reception of the fuel at the depot, the unloading of the tankers, the administrative management of the depot related to these tasks, carry out checks / measurements, in the established times and ways.

Main tasks as AIR SUPPLIER:

1. Carry out the required professional training

2. Wear all mandatory PPE

3. Fuel aircraft in accordance with the safety procedures of World Fuel Services, Airport Authorities and its customers

4. Take delivery of the deposit upon opening and complete the relevant documentation

5. Carry out all quality checks (e.g. bleeding the fuel tank and related filters).

6. Carry out all quality checks on the depot's fixed installations (e.g. tanks, loading filters and receiving filters) and complete all relevant documentation

7. Prevent any product spills/leaks and use appropriate means to contain them if necessary

8. Check the storage facilities and vehicles, according to the processes in force (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual etc...)

9. Ensure the good maintenance of the equipment entrusted to him

10. Take into consideration flight schedules/requests from airlines and customers in general, and ensure replenishment according to current procedures by carrying out relevant quality checks.

11. Be able to move around the airport and know the location of the parking lots, the flight destination, registration and the different types of aircraft, and the tax treatments expected.

12. Carry out calculations and collections for any supplies not on credit

13. Be aware and attentive to the different types of fuel that may be required (JET A1, AVGAS, etc...) and the types of refueling (with coupler or gun) + fill in and have the customer complete the type confirmation document fuel request in case of refueling above

14. Fill in the delivery document (delivery note) and/or enter the information into the current operating system and related electronic devices

15. Receive delivery trucks (tank trucks), check documents, check product quality and quantity, and fill in all related documents.

16. Neatly manage delivery notes and related documents (daily report of quantities delivered, stock keeping, fuel assignments to each tank) and take charge of the related tasks

17. Ensure that Health and Safety is maintained and respected at all times, including internal policies and the "zero accident" philosophy.

18. Report to the superior any accident or near miss (Near Miss) or non-compliance with HSSE procedures and/or unusual events and produce the necessary reports

19. Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the various supply vehicles/vehicles of the fleet (e.g. internal and external washing), and of the fixed systems and report any anomalies

20. When necessary, fill up the company's various vehicles and equipment with fuel or power

Knowledge, skills and experience required for the position:

- Possess a valid B+CE or DE driving license and ADR driving permit and be able to drive all vehicles in the fleet provided

- Possess or have the requirements to obtain an airport access permit

- Possess specific training for Aviorisupplitori / Airport security training

- Experience in aircraft refueling

- Availability to work flexible hours, with rotating shifts and possible night shifts and/or on call and to work in a team

- Good understanding of documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals

- Ability to speak effectively with crews / colleagues / authorities / customers, in Italian and possibly in English and another foreign language

- Awareness of the priority importance of protecting Health, Safety and the Environment
