Job Summary:

The Kogod School of Business is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy student to join our team as an Instructional Designer Assistant. As an Instructional Designer Assistant, you will work closely with our Instructional Designer to update course syllabi, upload course videos into MediaSpace (Kaltura), and set course content in Canvas. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in instructional design and help support the delivery of high-quality online courses.

Responsibilities:

Update course syllabi in Canvas.

Upload course videos into MediaSpace (Kaltura).

Set course content in Canvas.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure course materials are updated and accurate.

Attend team meetings and provide input on course development and design.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a degree program.

Good academic standing.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

This is a part-time position with up to 15-20 hours per week.
