Job Description:
Summary/Objective:
The Office Assistant supports Housing & Residence Life in its customer service needs throughout the summer.
Essential Functions:
Provide high-level customer service to residents and guests.
Serve as primary point of contact for students and other visitors to the office.
Answer telephone calls.
Assist with special projects.
Assist with day-to-day office needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
OA is expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
Hours are between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with potential non-traditional hours.
$17.00/hour
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Must be enrolled for the Fall 2024 semester.
Must maintain a 2.25 GPA or higher
Work Study: No
