PURPPOSE OF JOB:
The purpose of this role is to manage and be responsible for the ordering and buying of stock, good receiving, BOMS and invoicing for the manufacturing process of truck bodies and trailers. Responsibilities include stock management; operations and admin management and labour management.

Buying Stock
Request quotes
Send through for PO approval
Issue PO‘s to suppliers
Operations:
SAGE
GRV in stock
Manufacture bodies
Invoice bodies
Update and amend BOM's on excel as per GM BOM's
Keep Pricing Updated on BOMs
Manage and assist with stock take, report on stock take, prep on sage for stock take.
Record bodies invoiced, stock purchased and stock issued
Record wages
Follow up client payments, when necessary
Draw graphs on lead-time on bodies
Administration:
Manage & maintain office admin — employee files
File supplier invoices, send through supplier invoices to accounts
File client invoices & job cards
Send through time sheets of all staff, print new time sheets for all staff including weekly staff
Send through sick notes & leave forms as well as filing them in their personal files
Order stationery and office consumables
Send daily report on management group
Send CEO a report every Monday on stock purchases, bodies invoiced as well as wages paid
Assist General Manager with general tasks
