Senior Solar Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for solar power projects.

Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and electrical system analyses to optimize solar energy generation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Oversee the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in solar energy solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for solar energy projects.

Strong knowledge of photovoltaic technologies, inverters, power electronics, and grid integration.

Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.

Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and lead technical teams effectively.
