About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Real estate/Pre-Sales. The desired candidate preferably should have good communication skills and should be Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.

Job Description

Lead Generation and Management: Generate lead through various source like SMS, out bound calls, WhatsApp campaigns etc. And managing leads in pre-sales software and assuring timely follow up.

Marketing content creation: Coordinate with sales and marketing departments, understand current campaign and sales requirements and create marketing content for lead generation.

Sales Support: coordinating with sales team for their lead requirements and generating lead accordingly.

Database Management: Prepare all MIS related to pre-sales activity and maintain all date properly

CTC

Up to Rs. 2.40 lacs per year (based on the caliber of the candidate).
