Residential Counselor - (Weekends - Male)

S&H Youth And Adult Services in Salisbury, NC is looking for 6 male part time weekend counselors to join our strong team. We are located at 714 South Main Street. Our ideal candidate is recovery-oriented, self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Our Weekend staff work 8:30am to 8:30pm 1-2 weekends each month.

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day residential recovery supports program activities for your assigned shift

Facilitate recovery skills group

Accompany the program participants to a recovery meeting

Complete progress notes on each program participant for your assigned shift.

Qualifications

Male - for all-male facility

2 years of recovery or Peer Support Certification

18 years or older
