JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a primary communication hub between functional departments and development team
Guard the agile team from external requests and disruptions
Coach the agile team on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition
Drive development of release and sprint roadmaps
Remove impediments for the agile team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of IT work experience
1 year of scrum execution experience in IT or software development setting
PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
