Job Description :

Senior Manager - Strategic Initiative

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Management Services Lead to oversee the management and optimization of our digital assets. This role involves strategizing the efficient storage, retrieval, and utilization of digital assets, ensuring a seamless flow of digital content across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the DAM system, ensuring smooth operation, accessibility, and effective integration with other systems • Develop and enforce guidelines for tagging, naming, and organizing digital assets

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their digital asset needs and ensure the DAM system meets these requirements

• Train and support users on how to use the DAM system effectively

• Monitor and report on the usage of digital assets, providing insights for continuous improvement

• Manage access permissions and rights for digital assets

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital asset management

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA.

• Proven experience in digital asset management, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of DAM systems, metadata standards, and digital preservation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

• Minimum of 13-14 years of experience in a similar role.

• Technical proficiency with DAM software and integrations.

• Strong project management skills.

• Knowledge of copyright laws and digital rights management.

• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
